We
provide 2 pourers for each table UNLESS we are notified in
advance
that you are
providing your own volunteer pourers and if this is the
case
we need all names for
badges and entry check in.
Tables
are 6 or 8 ft and placed in the exhibit area indoors and setup
assistance is provided
by the festival staff if notified in advance.

submit forms with all requested needs so that we may plan in
advance to
accommodate you as efficiently as possible. But more
importantly we want to
include your wines in the printed program
book.
Convenient Designated Parking area for Suppliers and Food
Suppliers on a first
come arrival basis.
